“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Placed an order for carry out last night and was leaving out the door to pay cash and have my favorite meal with my favorite person. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it to the order. After feeling really guilty all day, I called and a young lady answered the phone and heard me out, said it was ok and offered prayers for me and my people. “Thick, crunchy, flaky, golden, crispy are all the key words I'd use to describe their chicken batter. It's pretty much perfection in my mind. Their sauces are also well above average with plenty of options across the sweet, savory and spicy range. Cincinnati is full of great restaurants and this one is definitely among the best in the Fried Chicken game. Also when you dine in, in my experience the chicken comes out so hot it burns your fingers, which in my opinion is a good thing, I don't want chicken that's been under a heat lamp and here I've only ever gotten chicken straight from the fryer to my table in what seems like 60 seconds or less. It's amazing.“

“One of the only Chick-fil-A restaurants near us with a play place! It's great for rainy after school visits (with a treat, of course) or active lunches when you need to wear your kids out while still eating pretty good food. I can't say anything bad. We keep coming back!“

“This was my initial visit to the establishment. I opted for a sandwich combo, which featured a sandwich that was quite flavorful, although it was excessively oily. I am uncertain if there is an option to request minimal or no oil, but the oil content was almost overwhelming, to the point where I considered not consuming it. Conversely, the fries were exceptional and cooked to perfection. I would recommend requesting a lighter application of oil for those who prefer a less greasy sandwich. I also ordered a salad with chicken salad topping, which unfortunately was overly salty. I would not recommend this option, as the saltiness was overwhelming, even when mixed with the salad. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were far superior.“

“I do Door Dash and deal with 3 different CFA's. The ones in Florence and Newport are amazing and the one in Union makes me feel bad for ever having an evil thought they are SO nice! I hear in DD FB groups that some markets have slow CFA's. OURS ROCKS. Ok ok... the one on Huston could use some help some days but Union CFA makes me feel bad for saying that.“
