Truly one of the all time best tours/experiences of my life. Rich our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and kind. The other employees followed suit. We were very impressed by the overall facility, the people and the drinks. If I had to say something negative it would be that there were too many drink options and I didn’t have the time or tolerance to try them all. Please do not skip Castle&Key!
Our tour guide Rich was absolutely fabulous! Best tour we have ever taken, he made it so fun! Loved learning the history of the property and I hope Rich get’s his rooftop bar named after him!
