What time does the place even open? It’s Friday morning at 7:45 and it’s not a holiday. All the lights and drive thru lights were on but everything was locked.

Went to drive through after placing a mobile order. Waited forever for someone to even acknowledge me to pull around. Once I pulled around I had to wait 10 minutes on my food. Seemed like there was only one worker and he was just not friendly. He handed me my sundae spilling over the top so it got in my car. Just wasn’t a good experience.

This store use to be great now they will tell you 10-15 min wait on chicken when it takes nowhere near that long to cook. service has drastically gone down

Dirty place. The manager felt she shouldn't take any further orders upon receiving a large call order. The manager suggested that the customers that cane thru the door go to another restaurant because of the large order and only 2 employees working at this time. Manager is very unprofessional and poor work ethics.

Very dirty place. The floors are so sticky that your shoes stick to them as you try to walk. The tables are dirty and sticky too. The bathroom had hair from a certain body part all over the seat. No toilet paper. The people were nice. But that's the only positive thing about the place.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Slowest service I have ever experienced. The managers for both morning and nights are trash and don’t know how to control the flow of their floor. It’s worth the extra 15 min you’re going to wait anyways and go to the east side.
