The gentleman that owns the place waited on us and was very kind. Very friendly, the food was very, very good, good atmosphere. You feel very welcomed. He will talk to you and make you feel good. You need to seriously try this restaurant and be patient. Everything's fresh and he is at this time, the only one. It is cooking and serving.This private life has put him in this position.And if he wishes to share that with you. And he did with us wonderful perwonderful person.
The Pho Bo or beef noodle soup is excellent. Any time I feel under the weather, that stuff is a huge pick me up. It is delicious. Add, as I do, as much extra Sriracha as you like. Yes, before anyone complains, chef uses cilantro. This is entirely normal. Some chefs use basil, some oregano, and there are many more choices. I think it depends on the chef. Personally, I love cilantro, so it is not an issue. Others may complain thinking only basil is used. They are wrong....read full review
