Unfortunately, disappointing overall. Visiting from out of town, stopped in for a shake and an ice cream. The gal at the front seemed a bit frazzled, and this came out in her demeanor. It took about 15 mins to get our two ice creams, and a family who ordered after us got their larger order first. Looking behind the counter - it was messy and unkept and honestly looks like more than just one days work. We had a big group and came in right before closing and they were still polite, friendly, and professional. Very impressed.
