Utilized the drive thru window. The worker was very obviously involved in a personal conversation on her phone as the call was on speaker and I could here the whole conversation between them. She finally handed my order to me and dropped my debit card on the ground. No apology was made, she just continued her conversation. I had to wait until there were no cars in the drive thru to retrieve my debit card. Stuff like this is expected of teenagers, I suppose, but she was a grown...

Haven't eaten KFC in a long time. Still really good chicken. Love their coleslaw, and I'm not a coleslaw eater. Also, I love their green beans. Just wish there was one on my end of town.

THE BEST chicken I’ve ever had in my entire life. We came from Canada to go down to Kentucky to try KFC in the states for the first time, and what a difference, cheaper, huge quantity, and significantly better than the trash they serve us in Canada. The best staff ever, they couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming, and they were so efficient. Thanks to all the staff, they created a memorable moment i will remember for the rest of my life. Love you all down in Georgetown
