The service was extremely slow and the egg McMuffin didn’t have its Canadian bacon.(the only food I ordered). As many fast food chains they are using order kiosk and have one person working register and handing out orders/taking orders.

Stopped in for a late night meal and man it was disappointing. The fries were luke warm hard and crunchy the bun was hard and kinda dry as was the beef (?) patty. It was just not a good night for having McDonald's. Had asked for mayo packets for my fries ...didn't get them and its not like it was packed or anything since it was late. I didn't get a receipt in the bag so its not like I had info to leave a comment on their website.
Drive through one car ahead of me none behind but was ask to pull around and wait on order which took several minutes.
