Was in line for well over 10 minutes this morning with only 4 cars ahead of me to the serving window. I had to leave without food or be late, I was still 2 cars from the window. The service is usually slow but this was a complete and total failure in customer service.

Several times I have ordered a diet/0 sugar and been given full sugar drinks.
I have asked them to make sure it’s been the correct drink and they DO take it back and remake it but it would be very appreciated if they paid a bit more attention and gave the customer what they ordered.
