I usually love Ordering from here. However today I did an order a couple hours ahead of time. Asked to have ready by 5:45. I believe they made it as soon as order was placed because when I got it it was ice cold! So I’d suggest you to not preorder

Absolutely outstanding customer service. The manager Teresa at the South Williamson location made everything look like magic. You can actually stand there and watch the magic happen. Twirling the pizza dough around like she's a true pizza professional. You can tell she's been in the business awhile. Hot delicious pizzas better than what my own mind was wishing for. I love papa johns but this specific one is so unorganized. I’m sorry to say that because they are some good people that work here but the last time we came, there was an older female employee screaming + arguing with a younger male employee while we were trying to order. We waited for like 10 minutes before we could even speak. It lead to the point to where they both got told to go home.
