“My team wanted to eat here on the way home from our soccer game last night. We were an hour from home and in my rush to get my things, I had forgotten to get my wallet out of my purse and into my soccer bag. Our girls walked through the drive-thru because the lobby was closed and I asked if they had Apple Pay, but they didn’t. I was fine with not eating, but the lady helping us was so so kind and offered to get my food for me. I said she didn’t have to and she insisted. I asked for a chicken sandwich and a medium coke, and she said no problem. In addition to my sandwich, I received a large coke and fries, too. Let me tell y’all what…. The kindness that was showed to me by this woman brought tears to my eyes. As a responsible adult, I should have made sure to have my wallet, but I messed up. Once I got on our bus I cried tears of joy - we just had a super tough game and emotions were high, but the kindness shown to me here will not be forgotten.“

“If I could give them negative stars, I would. Completely incompetent staff. The last 4 times we have went there, something from our order was wrong or left out & not discovered missing until we were many miles away at home ready to eat. I have continued to overlook their incompetencey & have given them many chances, however our DISGUSTING BREAKFAST today was the last straw! The lady was so rude this morning as well! 🤢🤮😡🤬🤢🤮“

“I’m not sure who took my order tonight but he was young, tall, dark curly hair and glasses. He was so so so kind and sweet. I never leave reviews but the kindness was amazing and someone definitely deserves a raise. He was awesome and everyone in service industry should take after him.“

“Ordered a regular cheese curd, regular fry, large drink and mini blizzard. Fries were hot and tasted great, cheese curds were cooked perfectly (so many DQs over fry them until they looked burnt), the mint ore blizzard is ten times better than a shamrock mcflurry. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. Store was very clean. Will definitely be back.“

“They sometimes get my order wrong. Sometimes the fries aren't hot or the sandwich isnt very fresh. But sometimes its popping too. Ive gotten very fresh food and great service. But mostly they're very nice. There are always napkins. But if they pull me up I always ask for condiments then, because who ever brings it out doesn't check, and probably doesn't know you wanted them. And that means if you want them, you have to go in.“
