Great experience here tonight! Stopped in just before closing time and received excellent food and service. Shelli and her staff were courteous and made sure we got fresh, well-prepared food at the end of their shift. Can’t tell you how much that was appreciated.
The family stopped into Arby's on our way through on the highway. I was pleased with the service. We ordered 3 meals and a side. The lady speaking through the speakers was clear and nice, which is a lot more than one can say about many drive-throughs. The young guy at the window was super nice.We ended up ordering 2 chicken tender meals, a crispy chicken meal (plain), and a side of mozzarella sticks. What an amazing Arbys in Grayson, KY!The crew was awesome, they were so nice and welcoming. Greeted me upon entering and thanked me for visiting when leaving.The classic roast beef tasted great! The curly fries were fresh and hot!If you ever have the chance to visit this Arbys you definitely should!!
