“I cannot say enough good things about the incredible customer service I received from Taylor Jordan at the KFC in Grayson, Kentucky. I accidentally left my wallet there and didn’t realize it until I was already four hours away from home. When I called, Taylor and staff had located my wallet, immediately secured it in the safe, and then went far beyond anything I could have expected—Taylor personally took my wallet to the USPS and shipped it back to my home.

That is truly above-and-beyond customer service. Taylor turned what could have been an incredibly stressful situation into such a positive experience through her kindness, honesty, and willingness to help.
