“Hardess here on Madison St definitely cater to many different customers, but I have witnessed today the service was excellent! Not only did I get my food in a timely manner, but people on the Drive Thru were flying from the order board to the window and I was impressed. My food was hot and very flavorable. The SEC biscuit i had was moist, the sausage jad a good spice to it and the biscuit was flaky and delicious. Hashbrowns were crispy and hot. The Manager Michael L was great. He kept his crew going and motivated.“

“I was on the interstate and stopped through, when I entered they were busy but I didn’t mind, I was in the drive through line and despite the line it went through smooth. My food was fresh and enjoyed the ice cream“

“I had amazing service here so I had to leave a review before I moved away from Clarksville.

One particular time I had amazing service was on 18 September 2024 at approximately 8:30pm. At this particular visit I got to witness an employee working the drive through line, she did an amazing job dealing with 2 separate customers that I believe had issues with their order which she promptly fixed. When it was mine turn in line she very professionally and quickly took my order. I did not catch her name so if anyone from management could recognize this employee she was white, had blonde, short hair, and was average height.

The location is kinda bad due to the traffic issues but other than that I have no complaints.“

“The greek gyro was delicious and fresh and the service was A1! The drive-thru employee Mr. Vincent brilliantly described the gyro, recommended I get the freshly prepared mozzarella sticks and was so nice and knowledgeable. It is great to see someone so young act with such ability and professionalism.“

“The food was delicious as usual, but listening to the manager berate employees so loudly that it could be heard in the dining area was NOT a pleasant experience. She should have more respect for herself and her employees and take them aside (in the back) and discuss any problems in private. Customers want to enjoy their meal in peace.“

“White Castle slaps and the crew here did an amazing job. The drink dispenser machine had an issue and they fixed it quickly without any prior training on those machines. Above and beyond. Even the restrooms were clean and that speaks volumes for a fast food chain. Well done crew.“

In general, The pricing is relatively fair given all of the rest of the fast foods in the market And alexand no I've only had one instance of cold fries. So, would definitely come back here again.“

“This is my absolute FAVORITE Taco Bell. They are fast, they make the food to exact on what I ask for even with all the extra items I custom add to my food. They allows double check to make sure I am getting vegetarian and they have never made a mistake of giving me items with meat on them.
I travel all over the country for work and this is the best Taco Bell I have been too. I know I can expect a great Taco Bell experience and I don’t have to worry if my food is going to be correct or not.

Baconator with fries. The service was very friendly. Danielle took the order. She helped me with my coupon and I also had some fries extra after completing the survey in the back of the receipt. I will definitely return to this Wendy's location.“
