“Just ate dinner after a friend recommended this restaurant. It was delicious. I had pulled pork nachos with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Really good ! We’re anxious to go back and try the ribs. Our waitress was so nice but I didn’t catch her name. A very good eating out experience.”

“1st off...our server (Mariah) was great! She was attentive but not intrusive. 5 stars! My wife and I had the catfish (Blackened for her and fried for me), loaded baked potato, and mayo slaw. The slaw was epic. We truly enjoyed it. The fried fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The blackened fish unfortunately was very dry and way under seasoned. The worst part of the meal was the baked potato. The potato was room temp at best and the cheese was not melted at all. Overall a 3 star experience.”

“If you’re within 50 miles of Benton, Kentucky heck, even 100 do yourself a favor and get to this little slice of heaven: a small, family-owned diner that completely stole my heart and appetite. I stumbled upon it by chance and ended up eating there four days in a row. Not once did I repeat a meal, and not once was I anything less than blown away. Every dish was a knockout, but two things deserve their own spotlight: the hush puppies and the smoked meatloaf. The hush puppies are crispy, golden bites of joy perfectly seasoned, not greasy, and made with love you can taste. But the smoked meatloaf? That’s in a league of its own. It’s got that perfect smoky flavor, tender as a brisket, I’d drive the full 50 miles just for that. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, Billy walks out with dessert. I’m convinced he’s got magic in those hands because his desserts aren’t just the best in the county, they’re the best in Kentucky. Homemade pies, cakes. each one better than the last. If you go and don’t save room for dessert, you’re doing it wrong. What really made this place special, though, was the people. The staff treated me like family from the moment I walked in. They remembered my name, asked about my day, and made me feel like I was more than just a customer, I was a guest at their table. The warmth and hospitality here is something you don’t find often, and it’s genuine. So here’s the deal: if you’re anywhere near Benton, make the trip. This diner isn’t just a place to eat it’s an experience, a memory. I’ll be back every chance I get.”

“Our first time here. We were on our way to Paducah International Raceway for the SLM races and decided to stop for lunch on the way. We both had the FAJITAS RANCHERAS and it was incredibly delicious! The portions were very generous and sizzling hot when they arrived. We will definitely stop here again.”

“The Brewhaus is, in a word, relaxing. I've been to restaurants, bars, pubs, and more, and the atmosphere at the Dam Brewhaus is completely unique... very laid back most of the time. The owners, the Kelley's, are wonderful, and the team that they have there... those people are bad a**es. I don’t drink much, but I enjoy the people, and my husband enjoys the beverage selection. His highest recommendation usually goes to the Haus Hazy. If I'm recommending a drink on tap, my favorite is usually a cider, specifically the blackberry lavender, but that one isn’t made in-house... so, I'll have to recommend the Wallace Posey, a brown ale... be sure to ask about the story behind the beer. 🍻 My favorite item off of the food menu is easily either the smoked bologna plate or the hamburger (featuring TAP CattleCompany beef, local to Marshall County, KY). But if they have fettuccine alfredo for a special, DO NOT pass that up (Jacob makes the best homemade alfredo sauce I've ever eaten). Also, don't pass up steak night...another TAP Cattle Company special on occasion. My favorite night of the week at the Brewhaus is Thursday for trivia, but Tuesdays are super popular for singo. Whatever you decide, just dont decide to skip out on this amazing place. 🤍”

“I got their hickory smoked burger a few days ago and found it visually very appealing, and the best burger in town! Fries good and hot, the water was unusually pleasant (maybe filtered?), and the cost surprisingly no more than I might have spent at one of the fast food franchises. Our server was Hannah, and she was the best server EVER; somehow unintrusive but attentive. I was highly impressed by her perfect timing in every appearance, from start to finish. So, both the cook and the server were impeccable; the interior was clean and attractive; the price was right. I'm not often THIS impressed.😍”

“Technically, yes, I do recommend Woodhouse. The smash burgers were delicious. However, there is no excuse to not even start my online order until I finally asked about it and had already been waiting for 45minutes. I know it was the first day, I know you’re probably understaffed, etc. But there were multiple people who came in to order, got their food, ate, and left, before I got my online to go order. Please, keep the smash burgers but make the process better!”

“If I could give them negative stars, I would. Completely incompetent staff. The last 4 times we have went there, something from our order was wrong or left out & not discovered missing until we were many miles away at home ready to eat. I have continued to overlook their incompetencey & have given them many chances, however our DISGUSTING BREAKFAST today was the last straw! The lady was so rude this morning as well! 🤢🤮😡🤬🤢🤮”
