Hardee's is an absolute banger of an establishment with friendly workers and a super clean environment. The food is good, with a diverse but humble menu. A mushroom & swiss burger on sourdough bread will knock your socks off. The food is amazing, and the service is often friendly, kind, and on time, bringing great vibes to the atmosphere. Biscuits and gravy was great. However, service is not always the best; one customer had trouble using an app and coupon code for a free raisin biscuit, and a rude assistant manager was no help. Another customer waited 25 minutes for food that was totally un eatable, but the manager apologized and replaced the order free of charge. A return visit for breakfast was delicious and hot, and the manager made sure the customer got their money's worth. Hardee's redeemed itself, and customers will continue to be customers.
