McDonald's is a hit-or-miss restaurant where the food can be great, but the service can be inconsistent. Orders are often incomplete, with forgotten items, and staff can seem unhappy about requests for sauces. Despite this, the food is usually good and clean and seems fairly fresh and is always hot. However, some customers have experienced issues with cold and hard buns, and the shake machine is frequently out of order.
