“Kailyn was amazing!!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better waitress! We came here on vacation from South Carolina and didn’t know anything to do around here with small children and she went way out of her way to help find us something to do! Also was my son’s 3rd birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure his day was amazing!!! Overall great service and food! Amazing!!!!!

They worked the crowd, engaged with the crowd and became part of the crowd. In a rare showing of complete class - Brad & Amber donated their tips for the evening back to the event they catered for!!! They brought their own unique personalities and absolutely rocked our event, thank you!! We look forward to booking more appts with these two, just a great experience!“

“Stopped at Bucket Heads last night and the place was packed. But we were able to find a seat as soon as we walked in.
Our server Gabby was on it, within minutes she was already grabbing our drinks and setting up our order. Gabby was very attentive towards us and every other table she was serving.
The food was great 10/10 and definitely a great atmosphere. TVs everywhere and a fun little trivia game for anyone to enjoy.

But the service outweighed it all. That's why I know I'll be back. If you stop here ask for Gabby. She went above and beyond the service expected.

“I was told with excitement, go to Crossroads they have great wings. I was not that impressed. I think what made the experience poor was how they just sit your food out. The game is on people are chatting so if u get to involved you will miss the tex that says your order is ready and your food is just there until you remember or they finally call you out on the mic. Which should be done in tge first place. Wings were pricey and not terrific. I could have given that to Crossroads Church“

“My family had a surprise 60th B-Day Party for me there June of 24 & my sister's 60th B-Day Party April of 26 both took up entire (I guess what it was)back room, the waitress was great both times & as many diff checks there was she had gotten them all right. “We set Beefs as our playoff destination last Bengals season, decided to do the Super Bowl at home, you know the outcome. Won't make the same mistake this year. it has been a great playoff. Can't say enough about Beefs, food is always fresh, hot and affordable. ALL staff members are extremely efficient and friendly. Beer is ice cold and cheaper than every other pub we visit. The best fish and chips I have ever eaten and the wings are phenomenal! AFC Championship Sunday....WHO DEY!! The loudest table at Beefs when our Bengals are on.“

They weren’t that busy yet we had to wave them down for refills, to order, to get a box (when we got their attention for a box it was another good 10 minutes b4 they arrived) and then had to get their attention to pay! “Very relaxed environment with great food and drinks! Once you order at the front counter, you can order drinks at the bar. You completely serve yourself but it's still a great place to go for watching TV, trivia on Tuesdays and bingo Thursdays!“

“Met my friends for lunch for our monthly get together. I believe our servers name was Sherryl and she was phenomenal. I had the turkey sandwich and hands down it was the best I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommended this place, great atmosphere.“

“I really like this place. The drinks are cheap, bartenders are friendly, and Pac Man for a quarter. Usually pretty laid back during the week, but can get lively on weekends. Nothing flashy or hip, just a little neighborhood hole in the wall done just right.“

“My daughter and I went with friends today for lunch and it was amazing! There was plenty of parking outside (huge new lot!) and a lot of friendly staff members inside. There were giant TVs on every wall, a great food selection and drink menu. We had the deep fried pickles and cheese pulls for appetizers and they were fresh and delicious! They have a ‘Westside Charcuterie Board’ that’s an appetizer sampler platter for only 20.00! The kid meal was a nice size and my daughter loved the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and polite. It was too hot for us to sit outside but the patio seating is really really nice! They have really made it a nice place to check out!“

“Went here 11/13/22 with a party of 3 . The food was good . We sat at the bar and the service was deplorable. Who was working the bar??? We felt invisible and totally ignored. The two workers made us feel as we were a hinderance and made sure they did not make eye contact. Everything they had to do for any patron was an issue. No excuse for the service. It was not busy and we are very patient people.“

“We are from Michigan and stopped here while in the area. Drinks were good as well as the food. My husband and I got the pickle spears for an app and then for lunch I got the chicken tacos and he chose the fish tacos. We both thought they were good. Was a little disappointed though, and we wanted to get the funnel cake fries and was told they don’t serve them anymore, even though they still have them on the menu but all in all, we had a great experience. Lauren B was our server and she was great. If ever in the area again, we would come back based on this experience.“
