My husband and I decided to grab breakfast here this morning and I’m glad we did. The gentleman taking orders greeted us with a good morning and a smile. He was very polite, helpful, and engaging not only to us but to other customers as well. It’s refreshing to have good customer service in the early morning. Our food was hot and came out quick.

I've stopped at this Wendy's a few times for breakfast or for dinner when flying out of Terminal B at CVG.
The service can be a bit slow at times, seems to be dependent on which crew is working at the time. Most of the time the order is ready fairly quick, but it does feel like it's slower here than at a typical Wendy's location.
