Truth is we have been stopping here for the past few years as we travel once a week. Today and our last few times have been pretty disappointing. Jamoca shakes were not good tasted like vanilla shake,no whip cream the drink machine was still broken after weeks. So i wanted a banana shake at 12am rallys was out of banana shake and every other place that had bananas as an option was closed so I went to Arby's to get food and I just kept joking about adding a banana shake well Doris the manager on third shift told me to bring back bananas I assume jokingly but I took it serious I went and got bananas come back through and she made me the best banana shake I've ever had she needs a raise
Stopped by Arby’s late at night and had an awesome experience, all thanks to Doris! She was working the drive-thru and absolutely crushed it—super friendly, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome even at the end of a long day. We were starving, and the food was exactly what we needed—hot, fresh, and with good portions. Doris really took care of us and made the whole experience feel personal, not rushed. Big shoutout to her for the great service!
