“The food was very good but the service was lacking. These young people of today need to be taught the value of great customer service. Even from a dairiette, I expect friendly service. A smile and a thank you go a long way. Also, the wait was unnecessary with the number of workers they had staffed. However, I will return because the food is very good. So kudos to the cooks. And I know I have to give the young folk a chance so I'm not gonna hold anything against them. I do recommend the dairiette if you want a good hamburger. I do love em.“

“Normally I come during dinner and it's always wonderful service. But coming in the morning is a way different story. The woman who is the only person bringing out food is always so cold and puts off a vibe that it's an inconvenience to bring out the food. I always order on the app, and I always leave a tip. And let me stress that yes, she is the only runner bringing out food. There are no more than 3 parked cars in the lot. So it's not like she is running like a chicken with her head cut off. I think I will continue coming during dinner hours when I know I'm gonna get got food and great service .“

“We were really impressed with the welcoming of the staff, friendliness, and the outstanding service. Must have been 15 - 20 people walk in within 15 mins. 4 of us were from outof state, just seen the DQ wanted some ice cream. We said this is going to take a bit with all the people, so that young lady took everyones order and as soon as we sat down they were calling us back up. I mean, they rocked that ice cream out. “Lincoln Ave location.. Around 3/3:15p May 11th We ordered a chicken bacon RANCH sandwich. We had open the sandwich up and didn’t see any ranch at all. So she asked for ranch for her sandwich, They was going to charge us. So she came back to eat the dry sandwich, with hot sauce. I went up there and they Stated there was ranch on it, but maybe not enough for you to taste. They stated, They are just works there, and we would have to go higher up to make complaint. That’s not the way to do business“
