Dunkin I gotta be real with you; I’ve had better coffee. Why then do I come to DD so often that cut me and I’ll bleed brown sugar expresso if I don’t feel like you have the best? Your staff. In particular, a young lady named Ciera. Your coffee is decent and so are your prices but the staff are outstanding. One server mentioned that it was his first day and was very nervous, but he remained respectful and gave two different ice creams, even if they weren't exactly what was ordered. The store is cute, but the snackin' bacon can be inconsistent—sometimes seasoned, sometimes not at all. Limited food options were available during one visit. On a positive note, the manager stands out for her friendliness and efficiency, ensuring orders are correct. With some adjustments, Dunkin' has the potential to be a top spot for treats.
