Rude and slow and they definitely don’t give you what you pay.
Rudest manager I have ever seen. Ask a question at the drive thru and they get manager and he slams window open and said what's your problem and I'm like wait a minute maybe you need to learn to speak to people properly and slams window and walks away. Terrible management
jus left the store in hopkinsville ky, ordered prime rib breakfast sandwhich but i wanted SOUR DOUGH BREAD! the lady asked the manager could i switch ....she said NO...why not....i have money to pay extra but she still said NO. But every other hardees ive been to let me switch the breads....when im paying for something, the answer No is unacceptable! please teach your employees how to substitute on the register, and quit being lazy!
