“I ordered mobile service and that was the most polite guy manning the first window. He said hello, verified my ordered, gave me my receipt and told me to have a “Bless day” and he had a smile. That type of customer service is the best. Also I got my food quick and they even place my drink in the little paper cup holder for convenience and i didn’t even have to ask for straws. It was automatically given. My fries are hot and delicious and my Coke Zero taste good and very carbonated. This was the fastest drive through completed in a polite way. Great customer service!“
“I want to start by saying I am proud that this McDonald's has hired a full team in the kitchen. That being said this McDonald's needs someone to come in and show the management how to use the gift of having a full staff. This McDonald's could be the best if there were 2 people always at the counter for in house. These people would be In charge to keep the bathrooms clean and the dinning room clean. I am a marketing consultant and I can see so much potential for this store“
