Did stop at 2 am. I understand it's late a night. But we ordered about 3 sandwiches all which were cold , the cheese was not even melted on the given sandwiches. The fries were extremely greasy ! The ONLY nice fresh and hot item was the funnel cake fries, and that truly only because they HAD to fry them you know ?♀️... Love the food but the computer needs to be fired. #1 combo was ordered with no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles. Computer said no mayo no mustard no pickles. Corrected with a team member over the speaker. Check burger at window and it was missing the mayo. My first time dealing with the computer on a prior visit I asked to make the fries on the combo a chili cheese fries. First time hearing of a rally's, so I had to check it out. Got the rally burger combo, and I was pretty pleased with their burger. Now, granted, the sandwiches are quite smaller than pictured.
