Rally's is a popular restaurant known for its well-prepared, flavorful food and friendly staff. The menu offers a variety of options, including delicious milkshakes. Customers appreciate the orderly service and pleasant atmosphere, though there have been occasional issues with the computer system leading to order mix-ups and additional charges. Despite these minor challenges, the overall consensus is that Rally's is a reliable and recommended choice, with many customers expressing their intent to return soon.
The restaurant consistently serves good food, and the staff is usually upbeat and polite. While the wait can be annoying at times, the availability of late-night and early-morning options makes up for it. Customers have praised the freshness and temperature of the food, with the apple pie and fries being particularly noteworthy. However, there have been instances where the chicken bites were not as fresh as desired. Overall, Rally's is a go-to choice for those seeking a satisfying dining experience.
