“I think this is the best Subway in NKY, hands down. We have tried to go to the one in Walton for years, but their customer service and food are just terrible. I was yelled at by the male worker over showing up to get our order two minutes early and they only put tiny amounts of food on your sandwich and then smash it down, I believe out of spite. The food also tastes old, stale bread and wilted veggies.
This one is worth the drive and is super friendly, we have been a few times now and are always greeted with smiles, our food is top notch and the sandwiches are piled high! And the ingredients are so fresh. They even have a designated pickup area, and they label the sandwiches if you have multiple in an order. The other stores should take note. This is how it’s done.”

“I would like to thank the gentleman who works at this Papa John”s that helped the young lady who was having car trouble. You are a blessing and you touched so many lives with your humanity.
It’s very hard to find people who will help others.
So, I was at work and my co-worker sister had an issue with her vehicle. She just happened to be at this Papa John”s parking lot. That’s just tip of the iceberg.
So, her car was running hot. She also had a child in the car. My co-worker, was in panic , of course. Not only did she have a child in the car but they had to be to the hospital for a very important appointment.
Y’all, this is how good God is:
My co-worker called this Papa John”s and explained the situation. The car was running hot.
The young man that was working at the time . Went outside and helped.

The moral of the story is not only did the young man help my co-worker sister, but he help the child make it to their appointment, he helped my co-worker and his family by relieving their stress.
God put people in the right places at the right time.
I really appreciate you young man.

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

“Wow, this place has it figured out. It’s late Sunday night and I missed dinner. I set out expecting the usual late night drive thru experience. (You know what I mean) When I pulled up, I was greeted by a vibrant screen displaying an AI operated menu. No delay, no bad attitude. Just prompt service. I was greeted at the pay and takeout window by pleasant and engaging people and had my food in an instant. What sorcery is this!?”

“Neat little place! First time eating custard and the kids love it. Good pricing for what you get and we liked the little seating area shared with dominos too. Planning on coming back when it's warmer.”

“Good coffee and customer service. I accidentally spilled my drink and everyone was so sweet about it. They cleaned it up for me and made me a new one, telling me not to worry and that it happens all the time. I think every single employee offered a kind word and/or helped clean up. It made what could have been a bad situation not so bad after all!”
