Starbucks in Independence

“Good coffee and customer service. I accidentally spilled my drink and everyone was so sweet about it. They cleaned it up for me and made me a new one, telling me not to worry and that it happens all the time. I think every single employee offered a kind word and/or helped clean up. It made what could have been a bad situation not so bad after all!“

“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“
