“Very good and friendly table service. Most consistently good food we've found in the county so far. There is something almost every trip unfortunately but welcome to Ballard County. My French toast a couple weeks back wasn't quite saturated with the eggs so it was more like bread and syrup. The beans with yesterday's lunch were barely warm. They offer margarine but not butter. No non dairy creamer. But again consistent hot fresh food.“
“This is by far my most favorite bbq joint in Kentucky.. it's close to my home.. the food is always ready and warm when we pick it up.. it's the one and only place I know that my ribs are cooked to perfection.. wether your a local or just passing through stop by Smokey D's you will not regret it.“
