“I rolled through here for lunch today. The drive-thru line was a little daunting. Quite a few cars but this was my last stop back home from a lunch break. That line went fast! By the time I got to the order box, a friendly voice came over and I had questions. I’ve only been to another Freddys twice before. I asked if the patty melt came with sauce and it does not so I asked if I could get a sauce and what were my choices. Mary, very very sweet, Mary, didn’t sound annoyed and was quite helpful. I ordered the patty melt meal with a little thousand island sauce added to my burger, onion rings and a large Diet Pepsi. I asked for a mini sized chocolate custard / concrete with no toppings and she again, very kindly, told me how I could save some money and make it a “dish” of custard instead, that the concretes came with topping. I’m not usually uneducated, especially about desserts, and she was so nice to educate me with a friendly voice and tone. When I got to the payment / distribution window, I asked the lady if she was the one I had ordered with. It was. I thanked her for being so kind. She was efficient, pleasant, and my food was packed well. The patty melt was spot on! Perfect with a little thousand island! The onion rings were hot! Great and quick service here. Mary is a gem and very appreciated! Full 5 stars and more!“

“We arrived quite late here last night and ordered some food. Service was pleasant, and we got both of our orders rather quickly for how late / close to closing time it was. The food was fresh, but it wasn't 5 stars. Still would recommend this location.“

“Had my son’s birthday party at the LaGrange McDonald’s this past weekend, and it was such a great experience!! I left with nothing but positive things to say and memories of a fantastic day! 10/10 experience! Some guests we had are vegetarian and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the kids had something to eat. If you’re looking for a place to have your child’s birthday party, this is it!“

“Long John Silver's is a food item that when one craves it there's no option but Long John Silver's. I enjoy the taste occasionally with their sides of green beans and coleslaw. Louisville has fewer locations now since Long John Silver's has changed owners over the last decade and no longer a Yum! Brands business. There is no Long John Silver's near where I live, so I drove 20 mi to LaGrange, KY one night when I was craving the product. The staff there on a Sunday night were extremely kind, courteous and patient as I considered menu options. I enjoyed the whitefish, the cod and green beans and coleslaw. A 40 mi round trip is a bit far for Long John Silver's, but I did enjoy dining there and experiencing the excellent staff on that Sunday evening. I don't know the story behind why Yum! Brands sold Long John Silver's, but I don't think the subsequent owners have succeeded in maintaining the brand.“

“Walked in at 8:40pm before they close at 9. The crew had already mopped the floor and the place looked great. I apologized for being so close to close and the crew of 2 high schoolers said no problem, we are here no matter what, might as well be making sandwiches! It was so refreshing to see employees who care so much. They had already inventoried the chips but promptly updated their count when I purchased one.
