“I stop by this location on the way to work. The staff is always friendly and polite. I've never had an issue with my order or the food not being hot and fresh. There's another Zaxby's in town that I stop at and can be hit or miss. But this one has been great so far.“

“My husband and I both ordered individual pork sausage pizzas. I ordered mine with light sauce and light toppings because Hometown tends to be very generous with their toppings. Our pizzas came out looking exactly the same, having the same amount of pork sausage topping, however, mine did have the light sauce. When the bill came, they added a .75 charge for light topping!!! (that I did not get) Why would you charge a person more for less meat and then go ahead and give them the same amount of meat???? Absolutely ridiculous!!“
