sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before i just left. took them 10 minutes to just take my order.
Service and management. The male nightshift manager always smells like alcohol and they staff seems to care nothing about representing the store. They stand in plain view of customers and even customers with children using curse words. We tried to go thru the drive thru and place an order a few minutes ago (at 10:20 p.m. when they don't close until 11 p.m.) and sat there for 15 minutes waiting to have our order taken while 2 employees stood outside smoking.
