“Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. This location was very, very busy. Got home and realized one of my items was missing. Accidents happen. I returned to the store and the manager went above and beyond making things right. Very happy with the customer service.”

“Absolutely love Bernheim, so let’s start there. It’s well worth the suggested donation to visit for a day. And the cafe within the forest park is a wonderful addition, especially for vegans. Several of the options are plant-based, simple recipes that use food they grow on site. They also offer vegan cheese substitutions and are willing to veganize what they can. The Eagle’s Claw treats are delicious, spinach wrap is tasty and light, and the cold brew and chai lattes are both on point. Love this little Kentucky gem!”
