We used to have the best Wendy's, now, not so much, pulled in once today, the registers weren't working, pulled in again later, the frosty machine was down & the fries were cold... I don't know what's going on here, but recently, it's always something....
There's one older woman who works at the speaker and first window who provides excellent service. This particular Wendy's does not deserve that lady.It's gone downhill in a major way in recent years. The staff (minus the lady described above) makes Lebanon's McDonald's seem like a Five Guy's.A few weeks ago I pulled up to order. There were some minor rain showers in the area that afternoon. A voice from the speaker said they weren't taking orders due to "the storm". I didn't question...read full review

The food was very good and fresh. Service was fast and my order was correct. I had combo #7 and no onions and no Mayonnaise/dressing and extra lettuce-for the extra lettuce I got 3 leaves. I guess that's consider extra since you only get one leaf! lol and the french fries were hot and crispy. YUM! This was a drive thru order and there was no line at lunch hour. Happy with the experience here in the Lebanon location.
