33 Staves is a restaurant that offers a welcoming atmosphere and delightful food. The service is consistently praised, with the wait staff being described as super polite, professional, friendly and welcoming, and servers are fabulous. The menu features a variety of options, though it is limited, including an açaí bowl, eggs Benedict, and omelette, with innovative items. The baked Brie is the best ever and the brie app is loved. The walnut salad was delicious and the butternut ravioli is wonderful. Head chef Melissa creates amazing cooking. This whole place is filled with laughter, love, and quality food, creating an inviting ambiance that is suitable for families, couples, or business dinners.
The restaurant has a beautiful area with a wall of glass that allows a full outdoor view. The ambiance is terrific. The service is excellent, with pleasant and knowledgeable servers. Although the wine list is sufficient, it is not expansive. The restaurant also has a great selection of drinks at the bar.
Customers have mentioned that the fried chicken was unsalted but fair with the sides, while the lamb chops were good but the sides did not meet expectations. The collard greens were served lukewarm. However, the cornbread appetizer with jams and the salads were very good and highly recommended. The apple dessert was the perfect ending. Overall, 33 Staves offers a welcoming atmosphere, terrific ambiance, quality food, and excellent service, with some room for improvement in certain aspects of the dining experience.
