The staff is nice enough. I don't know about the price because the company pays. Temperature. I'd love to meet the salesman who sold them a system that requires a maintenance person to switch individual rooms from cold to hot. Freezing cold in the room when I arrived. Turned the temp up, and up and up. Still blowing cold. Call the front desk and they send someone to "fix" it.
Great location and the staff was friendly but the elevators were broken. Only had one the first day and then only 2 the other 2 days. The breakfast at the Triangle grill was awful, especially for how much it cost. Service was really slow and they didn't seem to care how long you wait for a drink. The room was ok but didn't look very clean. For the money it cost I expected much better.

I liked the hotel. Beautiful lobby , great bar and restaurant , nice gym, comfortable rooms and super staff. My only complaint is the temperature regulation in rooms. Despite trying to get heat, the fans blew cold air. Other than that, everything was up to my expectations.
