Dunkin' Donuts in Lexington

“I am in this store 7 days week to get coffee for my wife and myself. The staff is always friendly and make my coffee as ordered. Usually having it ready as soon as they see me pull up. The only thing I miss about this location is the store manager that used to be there (Johnny) made the place seem like his and his crew always seemed happy to work with him. I keep hoping that I come in one day and he is back running this store. General Manager that I consider a friend is an unbelievable worker and does a lot more than he gets credit for.“

“First off, greeted as soon as we walked in. Giant check mark. The lady helping us was kind and apologetic that the donut labels were not up, so very patient with us asking the flavor types. Left the store with a good impression and amazed they were cheaper than expected. Donuts were amazing.“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but i've been visiting a few coffee shops around Lexington and so far, the handful of times that I've been to this specific location, each drink/food item I've gotten has always been very nice in quality and delivering what i've asked for. The staff are as kind as drive thru can be for a coffee place, they're always cheap (which I'm very thankful for), and it's a fairly convenient location. Thanks to this Dunkin', I've found a new favorite place to get coffee!! ♡♡“

“Mobile order picked up in drive through: the cold foam coffee on the order had settled and the server (a girl named Janasia) asked if she could remake the coffee for me. This kind of service does not happen anymore. I am 42 and it reminded me of a time of service that is long gone. Thanks for restoring some hope, Janasia.
