If you want to start your day right start it at The Great Bagel on Woodland! Kristen sets the tone and all of her staff are so professional and friendly! I'm from up North and GB could hang with any in NYC! They know my order as soon as I walk in the door and their coffee is my starter fluid. Don't miss them if you're in Lex and want the best.
Came here on a whim. Loved the atmosphere. I ordered the Kentucky Hot Brown on an Asiago bagel. Incredible.The coffee though was undrinkable. Hard pass on the raspberry mocha. Incredibly overpriced ($8.90). I wouldn’t have cared as much if it was good. But it was so bad I threw it away. Would come back for the bagels but not the coffee.

Stopped here twice in a 36 hour trip to Lexington and had a 5/5 experience both times. The everything bagel was soft and chewy and the scallion cream cheese had the perfect bite. Based on reviews, I tried a different bagel place when I was visiting Lexington a few months ago and DEEPLY regret that I missed out on this place back then.The staff was also very friendly at 7:10 AM on a Saturday morning and my bagel came out within 30 seconds.
