I’ve been eating at Jalapeños for years, when other family members chose another Mexican restaurant, I chose them. The service I received today, from two individuals was rude and borderline line racist.
I ordered my usual( when in a rush) didn’t get chips and when I tried to ask a question about it. The guy loudly tried to tell me off and walked away.

Food tasted freezer burnt with no flavor.
Rice was Asian rice, beans tasted like dirt.
No seasoning on the meat.
One girl never got her order.
I had to ask several times just to get the girls their drinks.
My bill was wrong twice.
An entire disappointed softball team and parents.
Our favorite restaurant for the last 30 years!! We could eat Jalapeños every day!
