If you’re looking for the best tacos in Lexington there are many better options than Painted Taco. The food is alright. The al pastor taco is pretty good, but it’s nothing special. The most popular order seems to be the taco basket, two tacos with chips and salsa. The chips and salsa are passable. First time visiting today and it was AMAZING! Service was very helpful and accommodating to my picky child. The cashier, Ashley, was very helpful and sweet the food was good and place was clean family friendly lunch place for sure would have it again

Nice atmosphere. They will do well in the area. Parking isn't really great, no fault of theirs as it seems the neighbors in the area aren't real happy with the traffic. The food and atmosphere was good but this seems geared for a younger crowd. I suggest you give them a try and see if they fit your style.
