I haven't been to Panera in 5 years. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a caramel pumpkin slice. Service was slow. Food was good. I saw a couple who ordered bagels that were toasted. Their butter was cold, nice to see that not being able to spread the butter is still happening. Consistency is paramount! It might be another 5 years before I visit again. I see that I wasn't missing anything.
