The quality has become so very unimpressive to match the unimpressive service. I’d complain to them but I already know that won’t accomplish anything. (The last time they charged us for things we didn’t get, I called and explained. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth with a manager, they agreed to refund a teeny portion of my payment. But I received no refund of any size.)

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut twice in the last two weeks. They have taken well over an hour and once to even let me know my food was running late - once arriving over 90 mins after I ordered and another they just didn’t deliver at all. I was told different stories about where my food even was and they did not take ownership for their terrible service. I would not recommend to anyone
