What in the crap is this? Extremely poor quality, ordered a Big New Yorker with extra sauce and it had no sauce, freezing cold on delivery, and there’s a big hole in the middle of the mostly uncut pizza. Horrible.
We ordered dinner after sledding, to relax and eat with family. We ordered at 5:37pm. I paid via credit card and clicked track my order. Then at 7:09 I get a text from the delivery driver saying, “God bless us Pizza Hut. I will be dropping Your order off shortly. Would you like to put it on your credit card? Thank you blessed day”. Disappointed with this Pizza Hut @ 4240 Saron drive #7B LEXINGTON KY
I ordered online for pick up at 5:43 pm ordered a cookie, chicken Alfredo, and boneless wings off of the $5 menu. Went to pick up order at 6:15 pm. Order was not ready and they didn’t have chicken Alfredo or any pasta for that matter but I never got a phone call for a substitute. That is not the worst part of it.
