The staff is the rudest I've met. I've said thanks for stuff and they just turn their backs. I've asked if the straw has been in the bag and was ignored. Everyone here just seems to be rude. I get it its fast food and people don't want to work but it's no excuse for poor customer service
We frequent this location once or twice a month and it can really be a hit or miss with the service and quality food we receive. I was the third car in line. Waited 5 minutes to order. 13 minutes to get my food at the window. The car in front of me actually turned off her engine.This isn’t the only time.The last time I pulled up to the window for our food and the employee was so engrossed in her phone that she forgot that she was working. I had to honk my horn and SOMEONE ELSE actually had to get her attention!!Hire some people who really want to work, not just warm bodies.
