“Absolutely fantastic pho! The Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef pho) was phenomenal — rich, hearty broth packed with flavour and generous portions of meat. You can really tell the food is made with care, and the portion sizes are great. The service was just as impressive, with staff who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. If you're in Lexington, Kentucky and craving a delicious, comforting bowl of Vietnamese food, Pho BC is definitely worth a visit. One of the highlights of our road trip, and somewhere we'd happily return to!“
