“This morning was tough for them, one of their waitresses, 18 years old, was killed in a car wreck earlier this morning. It was busy, and they had to deal with an irate customer who falsely claimed that the food they brought was cold because of how long it took to get it. (They hadn’t even tried it) It was not, it was still steaming. I sat at the counter to eat, and everyone handled it well, all were very friendly, and the food was delicious. Give them a break, they have a tough job.”

I simply called and spoke to one of the employees, who verified the missing items and offered to meet me with the missing food. Staff from Lee's personally delivered the items less than 30 minutes later. Awesome Customer Service and great job! 😍”

“I stopped by little Ceasars today for lunch and Quintin Shimwell was working and I normally don't leave reviews but this guy is awesome he was super energetic, very positive and respectful all while having a great sense of humor.
I was greeted by him, he took my order and rang me up quickly and just overall seemed like he loved his job. If you know lebanon it's not the greatest place to go eat this guy needs to be taken care of honestly i would come back just to talk to him.
My pizza was a little to saucy for my liking but that's it and the only reason for the 4 star. Quintin I hope I'm spelling your name right but you're awesome man keep doing you I wish you the best”

“Let me tell y’all something. Since Wendy’s switched ownership the folks working out there are top notch!! The food has always been great! If they mess something up they fix it with no issue! Honestly the whole team for day and night shift have been wonderful. If you treat them kind they go above and beyond what’s actually called for with fast food. We eat out often and they really are one of the best places in town right now to get fast food. The whole team is wonderful and helpful. If they’re busy please be kind because if you are I promise they’ll take care of you!!”

“Most of the time our food is pretty good but with late night shift it’s always a toss up going through the drive-thru. It’s been great sometimes and completely wrong sometimes. I try to give a certain amount of grace because I know they may be training new people, but I was pretty upset when I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and 5-layer burrito and both were wrong. They grilled my 5-layer and the only things on it were beans and cheese and the only thing in my grilled cheese burrito was the meat and rice and it had not been grilled or had cheese melted/grilled to it. I was disappointed but they redeemed themselves the next time we went through there.”

“My wife & I keep it simple & get small sundaes, hot fudge for my wife & caramel for me. We always argue (humorously) about whether it's pronounced carmul or cara-mul. At one DQ we went to, we ordered the usual & were in our usual back & forth about carmul vs cara-mul when the young man preparing our sundaes announced, "Sir, your car-mell sundee is ready."”
