Abol Cafe is a beautifully decorated spot with a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The owners are kind and accommodating, serving the best coffee around, including the popular Ethio Pour Over and the elegant clay pot coffee. The menu offers delicious breakfast options, such as the croissant egg sandwich, cracked egg, and vegan/vegetarian choices like the vegan Platter, chickpea stew, and fava beans. Customers also enjoy a variety of drinks, including the camper or traveler drip coffee, Dalgona, thyme tea, and the unique chocolate coffee, which is like a coffee bean coated in chocolate but even better. The food and coffee are beyond compare, and the presentation is elegant. The proprietor is amazing, and the decor is charming. This place more than exceeded expectations of Ethiopian coffee, with a plethora of ethnic charm. The staff is friendly and helpful, and dietary restrictions are considered. Support local coffee and give this place a try—you won't be disappointed.
