A few years ago I was in Savannah, GA and everyone was raving about Mrs. Wilkes Fried Chicken. I tried it and I considered it the best fried chicken that I’ve ever had. That was until a couple weeks ago when I went to ata restaurant Louisville for the first time, I was told the Fried Chicken was delicious and I needed to try it. I was so excited to try Ata, the new Chef Dave Danielson‘s restaurant located right off of 264 and Brownsboro Road. Right away, we were greeted by the manager Cesar, who is always so welcoming and knows hospitality. We tried the brown butter washed old-fashioned.
