Called the store because my grub hub order was wrong, which is common from this store but I have had enough. Ordered 3 half pound meals, large sized, 3 cups of cheddar, arby sauce, and ketchup.
I received 2 regular roast beef, 3 small fries, 1 arby sauce pack, 3 large drinks.
Manager proceeds to tell me that all orders going through grub hub are always going to be cold and if I didn’t like cold arbys than don’t order there again. THESE ARE THE FIRST WORDS OUT...read full review
Drive thru line was forever long but it was a tournament so it was expected and the lobby was closed. We got our food but didn't check it at the window but checked it before we left the parking lot. The line was three times as long now going out of the parking lot so I called and spoke to Walker asking if they could correct the food and bring it out to us. He told me absolutely not that I could eat what he gave me (the wrong order) come back tomorrow or I could go back in line...read full review
