Food was great and service was good as always. The only issue was that while trying to go through the drive-through during lunch, there was a semi truck blocking the lane for a delivery, which made it very difficult to get through. Deliveries are important, but they really shouldn’t be happening right at peak lunchtime when customers are trying to get in and out. Other than that, I enjoyed my meal and the staff was friendly.

September 2025

Went to eat in and they spent more time on Door Dash orders than people inside. Tried to get a drink to go and a bag but was completely ignored. Food was good but service was not. Drink dispenser was full of liquid and drinks were not good. Manager Sharon ropped an empty fry sleeve on the floor and put it back in the slot to be used rather than throwing it away. Not impressed.

This Arby's location in Hillview gets a 4 star review for yesterday. Having been at this location many times and have always had a good experience. Only suggestion is to rid of the dark headed , fake eyelash wearing female on the front line to find another line of work. Customer service is not fot her. I had issue with her over hot food the last time I was there.
