Always fresh, always correct and friendly!!
Normally love this McDonalds, they do decent and I love their sweet tea. But this time it was served to me with a fly in the bottom of it. I didn’t even notice until I got home 💔
I've been eating at this McDonald's for years. It's consistent in its inconsistency. Your food and service will vary depending on the day and time, but morning and evening shifts tend to offer better experiences. Staff are nice enough then, though it's not uncommon for an order to be incorrect when they're busy. Late at night is when I usually have issues with the service. Customers often visit during lunchtime to find the restaurant less crowded, and the food is consistently fresh. Orders are typically accurate, with fries hot and the Big Mac tastier than expected. The fountain drinks are perfect, and take-out orders are handled well. The employees are very friendly; for example, a 17-year-old cashier named Santiago was not only making sure to sweep around the store but also asked customers about their day, showing great personality. However, the play area for kids was not the cleanest, and some improvement in cleaning and sanitizing this space would make the overall experience even better.
