My Son and I used the drive thru a few weeks ago at 9:00 a.m.. He ordered egg mcmuffin no cheese and a hash brown. I ordered a sausage egg mcgriddle no cheese. Didn't have time to check order because we were on our way to an appt. My Son's order was correct. Mine was not. I received a sausage egg mcmuffin. I confirmed order with lady at pickup window. I was very disappointed. I've only had the mxgriddle one other time and I really like it. This is saying nothing about your staff....read full review
I usually come week days around lunch time, it's not always busy inside around that time, my kids love to go play in the play area. There is an older african american woman who i guess is a manager, she is very kind and helpful. This McD is busier than others I go to, but my food is always fresh when recieved.

This McDonald's is slammed a lot and they messed my burger up for the first time today but the lady on the phone was very kind and respectul even with my rage and replaced my meal no problems.
