“I was at McDonald’s at 8:23 yesterday 2/4/2026
I was greeted through drive through properly as I used my rewards this employee went above and beyond as he was having a little difficulty with the system changing the drink from a small to a large but got it done I was happy because of his pleasantry’s that’s what makes this a 5 star review. He seemed very happy to provide good customer service apologizing stating he will fix it as he did he was very polite and I hope that the management team will find out what his name is and give him the kudos that he deserves. Also the guy who greeted me at the window to pay was really nice as well overall really happy with the customer service aspect that I received“

“I love going here after Archery practice. The manager is great, the service is good, and the staff is very friendly. We make it a tradition to go there after we're wrapped up with practice. I highly recommend for a quick dine in with quality food.“

I've tried going online like it says on the bottom of my receipt but they'll only let you record one receipt a week. “Had a huge order today. We ordered 10 sets of the 3 piece meal for a kids sporting event. I ordered in advance on the app. The meals were hot and fresh and exactly on time. The staff was so kind and helpful. One of the workers even helped me walk it out to my car. The kids absolutely LOVED their food. The value was great. I will order here again and again.“

“I recently visited the restaurant located at 2350 Shane Drive, Louisville, KY 40220, and I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team carried a positive attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable.

What truly stood out, and what I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant, was the manager personally coming to our table to check in on us. He politely asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything else. That small gesture made a huge difference — it showed genuine care for customers, not just routine service.

The food was delicious, fresh, and served on time. Every item we ordered tasted great, and the service throughout our visit was consistently impressive. It felt like the staff really took pride in the quality of their work.

I sincerely hope the management passes this message along because the team at this location truly deserves recognition. They provided outstanding hospitality and made our visit memorable.

“This is an edit to my previous review. I ordered mushroom and Swiss burger with two patties and a strawberry sundae. Both were phenomenal. I ate the Sunday first. I ordered it through the app and it was literally brought out as soon as I pulled to the waiting area. Hot, fresh and delicious.

For fast food, this place is pretty much my favorite. Everything I order is always tasty and fresh. Today I ordered the Reuben with a three piece side of butterfly shrimp. It was exactly what I was looking for and tasted wonderful. This Culver's is close to my house and they never do the wrong.“

“My husband and I ate here last night and we waited over 20 minutes to get our burgers and fries. They were not busy but the staff was standing around talking. Another lady was waiting also and when she was leaving she said she would not be back. The girl that handed me our food was beyond rude and she shoved the bag at me. “Stopped by Arby’s for a quick dinner and it was a solid experience. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were seasoned just right, and my order was ready pretty fast.

The only thing I didn’t love was that the sandwich felt a little smaller than I remembered, but it still hit the spot. Overall, good food and I’d definitely swing by again when I’m craving something different from the usual burger place.“

“Recommended my group to go there before s movie because I wanted to try it the pretzel bun. Ordered online and ate in. Got everything but the pretzel bun that was clearly on the receipt even. Everyone what had their food and want going to make then wait for me to just get a bun exchange or new sandwich so didn't bother anytime, but was disappointed.“

Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. “Drive thru visit, so the atmosphere was hot and humid...not really their fault. Service was good. Got the chicken finger box with a small smores blizzard. The blizzard was top notch on a hot day. The chicken finger box was decent. Will hit them up again.“

“Always positive - I usually stop by on Wednesdays or Thursdays around 10pm (when other places would be slow, closed or unfriendly) but my experiences at this Taco Bell are always really good. Efficient, friendly, food is always good and orders are correct.

Last night a young gentleman named Joel (Joelle, Joe L, something like that) was super helpful and kind, just generally seemed happy to be at work. I asked if a limited time menu was available, it wasn't, and he went above and beyond to suggest a similar item that's on the menu permanently. Then, when I got to the window he gave me the inside scoop on when the seasonal item would be in the store. Just a friendly chill dude who made a 10pm fast food visit enjoyable.

Ive had similar experiences with others on their night crew and all are pleasant and helpful. People like this ought to be celebrated more often.

He went the extra mile and wiped off the cup of the milkshake I ordered. He took the time to do that instead of handing me a messy cup. “The manager has been working by himself the past few times my wife have been there. He has been up fgront and apologetic from the start when he takes the order at the drive through that it may take a couple of minutes since he is working by himself and yet our food is brought to us in a timely fashion, with no mistakes and he always has a smile on his face and a good attitude. No complaints frm me at all!“

“Food was ok. I wish every gyro that ordered turned out the same each time. It's either the right amount of meat or too much sauce, veggies and barley meat. The cheeder sandwich used to be my favorite but it's never hot anymore and it tastes odd.“
